Mojo Living manufactures high quality outdoor and patio furniture in factory located in east Java, Indonesia. We believe that the only way to guarantee consistency in manufacturing is to produce all components within the confines of our factory complex.

We extrude our own wicker, bend and weld our frames which are then powder coated. The final step of the process, the weaving, is undertaken by our 200 strong weaving team that consistently achieve our manufacturing targets.

We also buy our own teak logs which are sawn and kiln dried on site. The logs are purchased from government run plantations and meet the FSC requirements. Finally, all cushions are sewn in house with an amazing selection of fabrics available. In addition to the furniture we manufacture, we are constantly sourcing new products such as home décor and other home based products to compliment our collections and services to our clients.

The impact of the pandemic may be felt for many years to come and our immediate goal is to provide reliability and on time production of our quality products. Shipping schedules and the availability of empty containers continue to be a challenge and we see this important link in the supply chain as part of our responsibility to manage.

Mojo Living Manufacturing Process

We believe that the best way to manufacture a high quality product is to have complete control over the process from start to finish. As is detailed in the photo and video library displayed below, each of the manufacturing processes are presented. Teak production starts with the purchase of logs from government approved plantations. The logs are then sawn and the timber prepared for kiln drying. Approximately 28 days later, the teak is graded and then furniture components are machine manufactured and assembled.

An additional advantage to undertaking the processes in house is that we can manufacture any product that our customers require. We can also work with clients on the design process as we have a creative and experienced design team.
